Harris Whitbeck
Harris Whitbeck is the Mexico City bureau chief for the CNN News Group. Whitbeck spearheads CNN's coverage of Central and South America. He has responsibilities for both English- and Spanish-language coverage for CNN's networks. He joined CNN in 1991.
