Jane Skinner joined FOX News Channel as general assignment reporter, and then served as a daytime news anchor, providing news updates at the top and bottom of the hour. Skinner serves as co-anchor of 'Happening Now' w/ Jon Scott. The two co-anchor weekdays from 11am-1pm.
