David Gregory is the moderator of 'Meet the Press'. Prior to this position Gregory was named White House correspondent for NBC News in February 2001. He reported from the White House for NBC News broadcasts, including the top-rated "Nightly News with Brian Williams", "Today" and MSNBC programs. Gregory also filled in for Chris Matthews on MSNBC's "Hardball with Chris Matthews". He is a substitute anchor on NBC's "Weekend Today" and "Today". Gregory anchored a daily one hour program on MSNBC, "Race For the White House" leading up to the 2008 Presidential elections.
