Doug Burns is a criminal defense, practicing in the area of White Collar Defense.  He served as a federal prosecutor (Assistant U.S. Attorney) in the Eastern District of New York from 1987-1996; when he left, he was a Deputy Chief in the Criminal Division.  He has extensive trial and appellate experience in the federal courts.
