I dont think she is part of the board. Both Bill and Heidi are.
She was with him at the Yankees came a week or so back.

Highly unlikely...She attended the world series with him ...
There have never been any pics of her at the IAVA....she is not on the board....Bill is.....doesnt mean she isnt there...
Pics of Bill in all of the IAVA in past years have been with other members of the board or those who are part of the evening activities
And dont forget the Sonoma wedding just a week or so ago...

She attended the world series? That definitely was not her taking those pics behind Bill of Stephen Baldwin.
And speaking of her not being a member of the IAVA board, one does not have to be a member have their picture taken with an IAVA board member. As a supporter of IAVA, I was also invited to attend last years gala event by the founder who emailed me on the event. However, I chose not to attend alone as it would appear in extremely bad taste. It is never good etiquette for a lady to attend alone a high class social gala event without an escort;preferrably one already a member on the guest list. Regarding this years event, I saw many other ladies in the video and some had their pictures taken in plain view. They were probably guest attendees. Last year, I saw many guests taking pictures with the members as well. There were over 200 pictures of these guests on one of those Flicker slide shows. IAVA regard their guests attendees as important as the guest speakers and members. It is their guests that also spread the word about this great organization. To exclude their guests from being in the photo events would be an absolute insult. Same thing with being a member of the WH Correspondence Dinner. One does not have to be a member to have their picture taken. Same for the other annual event for American Journalist.

Organizations like IAVA, do not snub non-members from being a part of gala functions especially photo opportunities. They invite non-members for the purpose of getting them involved in spreading the word about supporting our troops. Whether members submit financial support, or write letters on behalf of the soldiers, to their Congresspeople and submit them to the founder of IAVA, and participate in submitting petitions to the President of U.S. on behalf of IAVA, non of this is taken for granted. IAVA depends on its supporters. Without its supporters, the board members are nothing. Now whether Dara is a board member or not, is not an issue. She is just as important because she was invited by Bill to attend this function because Bill is an IAVA supporting member. Perhaps, it was a personal decision that she not be in the photo ops. But for IAVA to not have her in the photo op would be an insult to both her and Bill.
And regarding Dara at that MLB game recently, it was not Dara taking those photos of Stephen Baldwin. After viewing the video, it turned out to be a woman who almost looks like her. But if you were have looked real carefully, you would note that the woman taking the picture wore her hair parted on her right side and she has a pug nose. Dara has her hair parted on the left just like Bill's hair, and her nose is dainty and very straight. And if Dara was there, she was sitting behind Bill, with a drink in her hand and she was wearing her hair down. The woman taking the photo, had her hair pinned in the back.

What facts exactly are you aware of??...All speculation and imagination aside?
They have been together 5 years now....This was the 3rd annual gala for IAVA....why has she not been any of the past two never mind this year...Why should this year so different than the past 2 years??
She has never been in any of the pics of the IAVA gala....This year should be different because ???
